The whole path of a job

From the plan to the hand-over for billing, without a second program for the field. Schwupps Feld also says what it does not do: invoices are written by Schwupps Büro or by your invoicing program.

  1. Plan

    The planning board: one card per job, one lane for what nobody has. A tool without its inspection or a missing key shows up before anyone sets off.

  2. On site

    The agreed scope as a checklist on the phone: tick, reading, photo, signature. A reading outside its range rings in the office.

  3. Extras

    What the contract does not cover becomes an extra, with a price from your list and an approval from the other side, by link, without an account.

  4. Hours

    Hours come from start and end on site. Open never counts as zero, a correction needs a reason, and a person closes the week.

  5. Material and keys

    Who holds which key, which tool is inspected, what is missing in stock. A hand-over is a record: two people tap, once.

  6. Complaints and hand-over

    A complaint shows both sides and is never billed. What is approved and proven goes to billing with every source.

Questions

Is Schwupps Feld only for building services?

No. Schwupps Feld fits any work that recurs at a place: maintenance and inspection, care visits, technical service on site, events, club duties. The template brings the words and the first lists. The screens are the same. It also works for one person on their own: the plan for others, roles and hand-over drop away, everything else stays.

What exactly does Wupp do, and what does it never do?

Wupp gets in touch when something needs you, stays on open items and answers questions with sources from the record. It works through orders as a run slip: read, count, prepare drafts, propose an assignment. Wupp never stamps, sends nothing without your preview, changes no money and types no number: numbers in drafts are fields from the record.

Which models run, and where?

Two models, each for one task. The check model Decision 2.0 answers narrowly put questions with yes, no or a choice and writes no text; it runs in our own environment. The language model Qwen understands questions and prepares drafts; it runs at STACKIT in Germany, without storage. Most messages come from rules and need no model at all. Every receipt names the rung, the model and where it ran.

My team speaks several languages. Does that work?

Yes. Each person chooses a reading language. Tasks, notifications and messages appear in it, and the original is one tap away. What someone writes or dictates is kept in the record in the company’s language, next to the original. A text that a client signs is never a translation.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Lists, photos and drafts are saved on the phone straight away and sent later. Whatever is waiting sits in the queue as a fact, with its time, and is never shown as sent.

Is an approval by link or in a call binding?

It is a declaration in text form with name, one-time code and time, stored with the approved version and marked with its evidence class. It is not a qualified electronic signature. Schwupps Feld does not give legal advice.

What happens on cancellation?

Read access and a full export stay open for 90 days. Nothing is deleted before then.

What does Wupp cost when the team grows?

Rules and the check model are part of every plan. Only the language model is counted by use, against a quota that you limit yourself, per workspace and per person. When it is used up, messages and checks keep running; free questions and drafts wait, and Wupp says so.
